We offer returns (at the customer’s expense) on most of our products however do check the description as some bespoke items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned. We strongly advise you take extra care when measuring before you order any of our larger products. If you are unsure about any product or it’s sizes please do not hesitate to contact us before purchasing.

Before any goods are returned please ensure you have completed a Return Form and we have acknowledged the receipt of said form. Goods must be unworn, unused, unmodified and in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the returns criteria according to TimberWoods’ sole discretion.

Please do not send your item/s until you receive a reference number as our returns are processed at a different address. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to arrange for the safe return of the items to TimberWoods, for this reason we would recommend using a recorded postal service.
